We went to see, “I Love to Eat,” about James Beard’s life. The one man performance was stellar, but more importantly was how the Operations Mgr. treated us. I thought I had tickets, but never got the email with them. This gentleman asked us to wait til he checked in all ticket holders & promised us seats. Sure enough, once all people were seated, he escorted us in & gave us a choice of excellent seats. We were so grateful! I’m sure it was my fault that we didn’t have tickets (senior moment 😬). But to be treated so graciously & allowed to see the show was above & beyond. I’m sending the ticket money & more to support this superior live theater. Please give my heartfelt thanks to this wonderful man.
I love the shows but customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I am very frustrated with the web site. I forgot my password; so, I logged on the forgot password link. When I clicked the link you sent me it says not valid! I called the box office and they sent me a link and again it said not valid. I even cleared my cache, tried a different computer, etc. This problem has being going on very several months and NOBODY has been able to help me! I tried callingt but spend several hours trying to speak to a human being. Apparently Free Fall does not value my time. Not a good way to treat a member! I wonder if they treat their rich donors this way?!
Lovely, small theatre. Just saw a play that imagined being in the apartment of James Beard and spending some time with him. The actor was BRILLIANT! The show was absolutely wonderful.

Just saw "All Things Equal: The Life and Trials of Ruth Bader Ginsburg" at the free Fall and it was amazing!! Not a bad seat in the house. Highly recommended!!
It was wonderful being at floor level with the stage. It was basically theater in the round, well almost round! Haha! Wonderful actors! Wonderful! Sound. Thoroughly enjoyed it!
