@shrsally I just had a horrible experience with Consolidated Communications as well. They failed to call two days when they said they would to book an appt. Today was the second NO SHOW at my house. Did you ever get help from them Sarah?

@sidceaser @MyCCITweets I’ve been using my cell service as a hot spot for low data rate needs. Don’t think that would work well for Zoom. Ran to Starbucks today to download some large files. Definitely feeling adrift.
